Artists
You own the music you upload and the email list you build. You're responsible for having the rights to share what you upload, and for following email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when you message your list.
Fans
Audio unlocked through First Listen is for personal listening only. Don't redistribute tracks before their release date.
Service
First Listen is provided as-is. We may change features, pause campaigns that violate these terms, or remove accounts that abuse the platform.
